Measure Your Results

  • Create an event plan that maps out the overall layout and flow of your event. This should include identifying and securing any electricity sources you’ll need.
  • Assign and delegate tasks for event setup and staffing if you have individual booths.
  • If individual booths are a part of your event, make sure you've mapped out where each exhibitor will go and have someone there to help coordinate during setup to avoid any confusion.
  • For emceed events, such as a pep rally or an assembly, the team should run through the event (like a dress rehearsal) prior to the actual event, test the sound, video, etc.
  • Outdoor events should always be designed with a “Plan B” in mind, in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.
