Shelton High School
The Shelton High School SADD club will produce a DVD on the topic of Graduated Drivers Licensing. The purpose of the DVD is to inform students and their parents about the seven components of the GDL and how to make the GDL a stronger law to save more teenagers.
The students will be trained on the GDL before they develop their script and will interview teenagers and adults about their opinion on the GDL. Once the video is produced, we will take it into driver education classes during parent nights and into tenth grade health classes. We will conduct pre– and post–surveys to calculate the students’ gain in knowledge and suggestions on strengthening the GDL.
