Lincoln Community High School
The message of LCHS’s safety program is "Reckless driving can wreck your life!" Teens frequently make poor choices not maintaining safe speeds due to such distractions as talking/texting on cell phones, socializing, adjusting the radio, eating, and drinking. Our community has witnessed an unusually high number of teenage deaths so our group wants to make people more conscious of their driving habits. Through community ad campaigns, speakers’ testimonials, school trivia games, bulletin boards/posters, info commercials on the school and area television, bookmarks, t-shirts, etc., we hope to improve our area driving through this all-school project!
