Clayton High School
Clayton High School will be educating our community about safe driving and riding practices this school year. This is the second year our school will be participating in Project Ignition. Our theme is "Survive the Ultimate Challenge: Driving." Our focus will be on educating our peers about the potential hazards of distractions while driving, such as cell phone usage and texting, and listening to music too loud. Planned activities include, starting a teen driver safety club, hosting a driver safety fair, participating in a mock car crash, creating a video series, participating in Red Ribbon Week activities, teaching local elementary and middle schools students, and creating a website with resources for students, teachers, and parents.
