President McKinley High School
The Honolulu Printmakers’ 2008 Education Project created a hand-printed, by-teens-for-teens campaign raising awareness to the risk factors associated with disabled and distracted driving. This October, President McKinley High School will feature work at exhibitions at a major local mall and the state public library. Two students’ artworks will be reproduced, one for distribution in all public buses, and the second on a promotional postcard. Lastly, imagery will be outsourced as bumper stickers and magnetic vinyl for motor vehicles. In this way, our final printed forms will support the message of our content, and student work will gain maximum public exposure throughout Oahu!
