When teens get behind the wheel, they need to make very important decisions and take on enormous responsibilities. Medina Valley High School wants to stress that it will only take a Split Second of inattentiveness to cause an accident (distracted driving); it will only take a Split Second to become involved in an accident (drunk driving); it will only take a Split Second to buckle up; and it will only take a Split Second to decide your fate. Through its Teena Driver Campaign, the Council’s webpage, and Driver’s Observing Traffic Safety (D.O.T.S.), Medina Valley will reach out to teens across Texas and the nation to promote teen driving safety.
