Each spring, The National Service-Learning Conference provides a passionate forum for celebrating service-learning.
This year’s event will take place in Minneapolis, Minn., April 9-12, 2008. Students, teachers, and service-learning advocates from around the globe will gather to share ideas and celebrate successes.
The Conference also includes the culmination of each year’s Project Ignition service-learning grant program:
- The Top 10 finalist schools showcase their projects in IgnitionLand, an expo area dedicated to Project Ignition.
- The Top 10 finalist schools formally present their projects to conference attendees.
- The Project Ignition Best of the Best $10,000 grant recipient is announced during the State Farm® Awards Celebration.
